Commissioning something special is as easy as 1, 2, 3... with a 1, 2, 3 part payment plan... 1. Start the process by providing photographs and telling Pamela what kind of a portrait you want. She will provide you with a Preliminary Design, quotes based on size and medium (pencil or oil), and a Commission Agreement for your consideration. Upon selection and approval, the first 1/3 payment is required. 2. Creation of the Work will be documented with photos. When the Work is 50% completed, you will be allowed to inspect the Work. If the Work is progressing to your satisfaction, the second 1/3 payment is made. 3. Upon completion, the Work (or photos of the Work) will be presented for your approval. When you agree to take possession of the finished Work, the final 1/3 payment is due.
